The Graphic and Communications Designer II is responsible for developing and delivering compelling visual and written content across multiple channels to support both internal and external communications. This role blends creativity and strategy?leveraging graphic design, storytelling, and branding to drive engagement, enhance messaging, and bring communications and marketing efforts to life.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development & Messaging
- Write, edit, and develop engaging content for various platforms including websites, digital ads, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, external marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and translate them into effective, global audience-appropriate content.
Graphic Design
- Design digital and print collateral (flyers, brochures, social graphics, advertisements, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency for multiple brands across all materials and campaigns.
Video Support
- Plan and edit short-form videos for internal communications, social media, product launches, etc. collaborating with the videographer and production lead.
- Develop motion graphics, intros/outros, and subtitles as needed.
Creative Strategy
- Partner with communications, HR, marketing, and leadership to develop integrated campaigns that combine visual storytelling with strategic messaging.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and brand development initiatives.
Digital & Multimedia
- Update and manage brand assets, project assets, or web content.
- Create interactive media assets (e.g., infographics, digital experiences, animations, digital reports, etc).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3?5 years of experience in a similar creative communications, content development, or design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of writing, design, and multimedia work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, asset management, and material delivery skill. Has a clear, but flexible design process.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic HTML/CSS or CMS (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint) experience is a plus.
- Photography, animation, or illustration experience a plus.
- Experience with Monday.com, Figma, and Ceros platforms is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly collaborative but able to work independently with a proactive working style.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Strong learner, and ability to take creative direction and ask thoughtful questions for clarity and deep understanding of the brief.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
