Our Client has a contract assignment for a Graphic Designer (HYBRID - on site in Camden, NJ) able to create clean, modern designs associated with the brand name and deliver similar clean, simple design supporting an array of internal and external corporate communications programs. The candidate must have a strong understanding of design for various mediums, as well as composition, typography, iconography, color, and photography. Our expectation is that the candidate consistently delivers high-quality work and demonstrates an exceptional level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who is eager to be part of a team, passionate about design, and a strong communicator.

QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE LATEST IN DESIGN TOOLS/TECHNOLOGY
Bachelors Degree In Marketing/Visual Communications/Graphic Design
7 10 years of progressive design experience in corporate, or agency environments.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva and motion graphics tools like After Effects.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling across multiple formats print, digital, and live events. Experience with financial and/or investor relations communications preferred.
Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and ability to work autonomously.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with executives and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of photography, packaging, and sustainability communications a plus.
Contract position for August 2025-early January 2026. Must be able to come into Camden, NJ office 2-3 days per week Tuesday-Thursday


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates visually compelling graphics for events, social media, signs for TV monitors and printed materials.
Supports the design team on designs for corporate communications and departments like Human Relations (HR) and Investor Relations (IR) and on initiatives like culture communications and Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) programs.
Works with design team and executives on PowerPoint presentations.
Ensure multiple projects are completed on time and with high quality results.
Help problem-solve, offering creative solutions to communications problems.
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the Brand Values
