Job Summary (List Format) Sr. Dev/Architect (Guidewire PolicyCenter)
- Serve as technical leader for Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations, providing hands-on guidance to development teams.
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and reliable Guidewire solutions.
- Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud platforms.
- Design and implement system integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other applications.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration work.
- Oversee and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC): analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Utilize agile methodologies and work effectively within distributed teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Preference for candidates with Guidewire ACE or Associate certifications.
- Open to both on-site (San Antonio or Plano, TX) and remote candidates with required certifications.
