Guidewire Policy Center Lead

Warren, NJ (Onsite 3 days/week)

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in P C Personal Lines insurance with focus on Guidewire Policy Center.

Proficient in Java and Guidewire development tools.

Experience integrating Guidewire with other systems.

Solid understanding of insurance workflows and business processes.

Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Billing Center and Claim Center modules.

Experience with Guidewire Cloud and cloud deployment.

Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

7 -10 years of software development experience with P C insurance focus.

Proven track record of successful project delivery.

Guidewire certifications are a plus.
