This role ensures that all AI-generated data, mapping logic, transformation rules, and integration workflows are accurate, reliable, and compliant with business rules. The tester will work closely with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and integration teams to ensure the quality of Guidewire transactions and supporting APIs.

Validate PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter functionality across all core modules (Submission, Policy, Accounts, Claims, Billing).
Execute end-to-end testing scenarios for Account creation, Policy creation, Policy Change, Renewals, Cancellations, Rewrites, and other PolicyCenter workflows.
Validate rules, configurations, screen flows, user actions, roles, and permissions.

2. Testing AI-Driven Ingestion & Interface Pipelines
Validate AI-generated data extracted from documents, emails, binders, loss runs, and ACORD forms before entering Guidewire.
Test mapping logic between the AI pipeline and Guidewire fields/LOB-specific data structures.
Confirm data transformation rules (normalization, enrichment, exceptions handling).
Validate integration flows used to create Accounts and Policies automatically within Guidewire.

3. API & Integration Testing
Perform testing on API interfaces between AI ingestion system and Guidewire (REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/EventBridge queues, batch ingestion).
Validate request/response structures, error handling, and integration performance.
Validate payloads for submissions, account creation, policy intake, and update transactions.

4. Data Validation & ETL Verification
Validate data accuracy in Guidewire database tables after ingestion.
Review AI output (JSON/XML) and ensure correct mapping to PolicyCenter fields.
Test data transformations, cleansing, and mapping rules used within AI/ML models or integration layers.

5. Test Planning, Execution & Documentation
Develop test plans, test cases, and test data for all PolicyCenter and Claim/Billing Center functionalities.
Create detailed test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Perform system, regression, functional, UAT, and integration testing cycles.
Document defects with clear reproducible steps and collaborate with developers to ensure resolution.

6. Automation (Nice to Have)
Contribute to automation of repetitive test cases related to ingestion and policy/account creation workflows.
Work with automation frameworks related to Selenium, TestNG, Postman/Newman, or custom API testing scripts.
Experience testing applications deployed on AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB), or a basic understanding of general cloud concepts.

7. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, defect triage, and release planning.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, Guidewire developers, and business SMEs.
Provide QA sign-off for releases tied to AI ingestion enhancements and Guidewire integrations.

Qualifications & Experience
4 5 years of hands-on experience testing Guidewire PolicyCenter (must), ClaimCenter and BillingCenter (preferred).
Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows (Accounts, Submissions, Policies, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations).
Experience validating integrations with Guidewire via APIs, ETL pipelines, or middleware platforms.
Experience testing AI or document ingestion platforms (nice to have).
Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
Knowledge of JSON, XML, API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI).
