Our client is HCM Project Manager in White Plains, NY. Here is the description for your review and consideration.
Skills:
- Understand the software development process and experienced in IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong and tested project management skills including: stakeholder management, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, organization skills, communication skills, daily standups, creation and presentation of data (updates, status, etc), vendor management.
- Organized, good communicator, deadline driven, planner, problem solver, and agile.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards.
- Superior interpersonal skills to ensure open communication across project teams. Ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
- Outstanding record of project delivery success
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills, SharePoint, M365 tools
- Experience implementing HCM applications and processes such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc. preferred
- Experience implementing procumbent applications such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, etc. desired.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in business or technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of increasing responsible experience, including experience successfully coordinating various IT projects in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with HCM implementations, especially Workday, desired.
