Job Description:
Corporate Learning Specialist
Responsible for leading and optimizing the logistics for global SAP workshops across multiple locations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure efficient and standardized processes for catering, security access, materials, room set-up, IT requests, and room reservations, enhancing the overall workshop experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with global teams to understand specific requirements and policies for booking logistics, including catering, shipping materials, room set-up, IT needs, and security protocols.
Ensure all global location information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
Maintain detailed records of workshop information and logistics.
Manage and track expenses related to logistics and learning programs.
Submit necessary documentation for reimbursement and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Plan and coordinate onsite and/or virtual learning programs.
Manage email communications related to the program by providing information and updates, responding promptly to inquiries from executives and stakeholders, and ensuring clear and professional communication to support the program's success.
Adapt plans and strategies to accommodate last-minute changes or ad-hoc request.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, while ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols and requirements at each location.
Use Learning Management System to create, publish, update workshops, mark completions, and charge cancellations.

Primary requirements:
2+ years of experience coordinating logistics or operations for corporate learning or training programs
Ability to manage end-to-end logistics across multiple global locations (e.g., catering, IT, room setup, materials, security access)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., creating sessions, marking completions, managing cancellations)
Proficiency with Excel and experience tracking expenses or budget-related documentation
Comfortable adapting to changing needs and working independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required
