RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience from recruiting to offboarding - and everything in between. The ideal candidate understands that no task is too big or too small when it comes to ensuring our employees have an amazing working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full cycle recruiting process by partnering with search firms and internal stakeholders to arrange all details pertaining to the candidate experience from initial interview to onboarding
* Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including collection and verification of new hire documentation, obtaining security/access badges, and coordinating onboarding trainings
* Maintain and update applicant tracking and employee records in HRIS and other systems with precision and confidentiality
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding various HR matters and escalating to Manager when appropriate
* Assist with HR audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
* Orchestrate and execute corporate and employee engagement events
* Oversee inventory management for office and kitchen supplies
* Support other HR functions as needed, including benefits, compliance, and performance management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
* 3-5 years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality, data security and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
* SHRM-CP or PHR certification
* Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role
* Experience with HCM systems and/or databases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
