Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybris - 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 7 months
Payroll Administration
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Validate timesheets, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and leaves.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
HR & Benefits Support
- Maintain HRIS systems with up-to-date employee information.
- Support administration of employee benefits, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Assist HR team in employee onboarding, offboarding, and policy communication.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement automation where possible.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- 3 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
