Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
This role will sit at our Plano office, with a Hybrid schedule coming in the office 3 days a week. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing and implementing a variety of HR
functions. Their duties include:
Recruiting: Overseeing the hiring process and assisting the team with fair interviewing and selection, rate
negotiations, onboarding documents, answer new hire questions and assisting in an overall smooth onboarding
process.
Training and development: Planning and managing training and processes improvement. This will also involve
providing guidance to internal team members, and consultants on performance issues or policy concerns.
Benefits and compensation: Assisting with administering employee benefits and leave, and ensuring compliance
with labor laws and regulations.
Policies and procedures: Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures related to employment
and personnel.
Employee relations: Handling and reviewing employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Conflict resolution: Mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Performance management: Providing performance evaluations and managing employee performance.
Communication: Working with other departments and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders
Represent mroads: You may be asked to join and assist with client and new client meetings as a representative of
mroads, sharing about the company and company culture, etc. This could require some travel (possibly up to 20%)
Other Duties as Assigned: As a continually growing company, policies and procedures are ever-changing. The HR
Manager will need to be always reviewing, critiquing and updating as needed.
HR managers should have strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. They should
also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive under ambiguity.

Some required skills and experience for an HR manager include:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required is ideal.
A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience
At least 3 years of experience in a manager role

Strong HR knowledge: comprehensive understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and relevant
compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Detail-oriented and able to perform in fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Continuous improvement training/mindset
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
Experience with a staffing/recruiting firm is highly desired
