Job Details

Key responsibilities of consultant:

QA Testing - Responsible for designing, executing, and documenting manual/automated test cases to ensure software meets quality standards. Collaborates with developers to identify, report, and resolve defects for timely, high-quality releases.

ServiceNow experience

Develop and manage project plans

Dual role acts as Business Analyst

Obtains functional requirements

Responsible for system and process design for HR Service Desk

Leads UAT and functional reviews

Manages the setup and configuration of the Knowledge Base for HRSD

Assist with the implementation and support for the HRSD implementation
