Job Details

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service.
They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "HRIS Analyst . This role will be based out of Alpharetta, GA is 100% Remote.
Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data, manages system configurations, supports process improvements, and delivers reporting and analytics that help drive strategic HR and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities System Administration & Maintenance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain system configuration, user access, security roles, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure system stability and data integrity.
  • Monitor data accuracy and perform regular audits to ensure consistency across HR systems.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, compensation analysis).
  • Provide insights and dashboards to HR and leadership teams to support data-driven decisions.
  • Automate recurring reports and enhance visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology solutions.
  • Participate in HRIS upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or systems.
  • Document HRIS processes, workflows, and best practices.

User Support & Training

  • Provide end-user support and training for HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and other training materials.
  • Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert to HR business partners and managers.

Compliance & Data Security

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, local labor laws).
  • Maintain audit trails and participate in internal/external HR data audits.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2 5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, etc.).
  • Experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and systems administration preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, performance management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS certification (e.g., Workday Pro, SAP HCM, or similar).
  • Experience with HR data integration and automation.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and metrics frameworks.
