Job Details

We are seeking an experienced HRIT Analyst to join our global Learning Management System (LMS) team. This role supports key HR technology operations, focusing on end-user support, system administration, documentation, testing, and enhancements for our enterprise LMS (Saba Cloud or similar).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on LMS technology, primarily Saba Cloud

  • Provide end-user support: troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and resolve system/process gaps

  • Assist with LMS configuration, courseware loading, and testing

  • Support system maintenance activities and collaborate with vendors when needed

  • Document processes, update user guides, and create training resources

  • Partner with learning teams and business functions on training initiatives and system enhancements

  • Help plan and execute small to medium-size HRIT projects

  • Track and manage service tickets with vendors and internal teams

  • Maintain data confidentiality and uphold company values


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HRIT, LMS administration, HR systems, or database administration experience

  • Experience with Saba Cloud or another major LMS (preferred: 18+ months)

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)

  • Strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality


Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
