HVAC Sales Engineer

Position Overview
The HVAC Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC systems and solutions to clients in various sectors. This role combines technical expertise in HVAC systems with strong sales skills to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design HVAC systems that meet specifications and standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and system efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales or building systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and/or technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
