Job Details

Job description:

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and fundamental power circuit validation concepts.
    Experience in electrical circuit testing to validate electrical parameters of power supply design including DC-DC converters, multi-phase regulators, LED/Display backlight drivers, Battery chargers etc.
    Experience in Testing including SMPS, LDO, LDSW in battery operated system.
    Experience in measurement including Line-Load Regulation, Noise, Ripple, Efficiency, OCP, OVLO, Static Load and Transient Load Testing.
    Experience in Point-of-Load (POL) Testing.
    Experience in Power Design validation for satcom ground electronics products including Battery-operated devices.
    Proficiency in using Hardware design validation equipment such as Mixed Signal Oscilloscope, DC Power Analyzer, Electronic Load, DMM and DC power supplies.
    Ability to define, create electrical test plan to validate the complete power sub-system of a product.
    Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis techniques for power supply circuit issues.

Nice to Have:
Experience with test automation solutions and python knowledge for test equipment control.
Familiarity with power design/validation for any SoCs (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, NVIDIA etc) specific power supply circuits.
