We re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Leader to drive our data strategy and practice in the financial services sector. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for shaping enterprise data solutions, leading a high-performing team, and representing our expertise in the market.

What You ll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data initiatives, from concept through production.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients framing data strategy, governance, and analytics in business terms.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, sharing thought leadership and strengthening our market presence.
  • Build and mentor a collaborative data team while fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Partner with technology vendors to enhance offerings and enable team certification.
  • Promote adoption of data-driven approaches internally and externally, setting standards and demonstrating measurable impact.
  • Shape new accelerators, tools, and frameworks to keep our data capabilities ahead of the curve.

What We re Looking For

  • 20+ years of experience in data leadership within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, metadata management, and analytics.
  • Proven success advising clients on data strategy and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Background in consulting with experience in business development and client delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in public speaking and industry engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and hands-on execution ability.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and scaling teams.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across North America at short notice.
