Job Details
A leading organization is currently seeking a dedicated Head of Data Visualization to guide their data transformation initiatives. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to drive strategic decision-making.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hours: Flexible
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid with locations in Charlotte, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the organization's data visualization strategy
- Designing and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports
- Integrating Power BI with Databricks for scalable analytics solutions
- Overseeing data architecture management and governance
- Leading a team of BI Developers and Analysts
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BI and analytics roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven expertise in Power BI and Databricks
- Expert-level skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with Azure data platforms and governance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Certifications in Power BI or Databricks
- Azure data lake experience
