Health Care Product Owner

Job Title: Technical Product Owner
Location: Austin, TX
(Hybrid 3 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Lead product development lifecycle activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
Priorities and manage product backlog items based on business and customer impact.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business goals and technical feasibility.
Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare users, stakeholders, and market trends to enhance product features.
Ensure products follow healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Qualifications6 8 years of experience in product management.
3 5 years of direct experience working in the healthcare domain (mandatory).
Certified CSPO or POPM strongly preferred.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
