Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Sacramento, California. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for a variety of IT systems and tools. In this role, you will work in a secure environment, ensuring the seamless operation of virtual desktops and other essential technologies.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for virtual desktop environments, including Citrix-based systems and related applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Wyse thin clients, HP printers, and Fujitsu 7160 scanners.
Manage and respond to IT service tickets using the Epicor ticketing system, with training provided if necessary.
Maintain adherence to safety protocols, including wearing masks and gloves, and sanitizing workspaces as required.
Deliver support for Microsoft Windows 10 PCs and workstations, ensuring optimal performance.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of court-specific applications, with training provided to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to address IT-related concerns and improve overall system functionality.
Provide excellent customer service to end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Monitor and manage IT call center operations during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 PCs and workstations.
Familiarity with virtual desktop environments, particularly Citrix-based systems, is preferred.
Experience with IT hardware, including Wyse thin clients, HP printers, and Fujitsu scanners, is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, including court-specific applications.
Excellent communication skills to provide clear and precise support to end users.
Commitment to adhering to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
