Job Title: Help Desk Support

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Duration: 12- Months+

Position Overview:

Seeking a highly qualified, onsite Help Desk Technician to join its IT Department on a contracted basis. This professional will work alongside the existing full-time Help Desk team to support ongoing technical initiatives and provide frontline IT support to users across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to end users in person, over the phone, and via remote tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Support users with applications such as email, word processing, operating systems, and printing.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.

Log and track service requests using the City s ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when needed.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
