Technical Troubleshooting and Support: The role involves providing remote and in-person support for common user issues, including problems with Windows and Mac devices, applications (Office, Google, Five9), email, and network connectivity (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
User and Account Management: You will be responsible for provisioning and installing hardware, supporting user accounts across various platforms like Active Directory (AD), Entra, OneLogin, and Google, and resolving issues like login failures or 2-factor authentication problems.
IT Operations and Logistics: This position requires capability in managing IT logistics, which includes device tracking, inventory management, coordinating equipment delivery, and maintaining clear documentation.
