IT Product Manager HubSpot CRM
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Our logistics client, headquartered in Metro Atlanta, is implementing HubSpot as its global CRM platform. They are seeking a hands-on IT Product Manager with proven experience leading HubSpot initiatives in a global, B2B environment.
This high-impact role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of HubSpot, from design and delivery to integration and continuous optimization, in alignment with the company s commercial and customer engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the global IT Product Owner for HubSpot CRM
Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle
Oversee implementation, configuration, automation, and integrations (ERP, analytics tools, portals)
Partner with global stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather requirements and prioritize development
Manage external vendors and HubSpot partners to ensure quality delivery
Lead change control, governance, and stakeholder communication across regions
Drive user adoption, automation capabilities, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Track CRM performance, user engagement, and ROI
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of IT product or program management experience, with a focus on CRM platforms
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM implementation and administration
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
B2B enterprise experience required
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical configurations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Preferred:
HubSpot certifications
Experience with integration tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
