employees. What You Will Do:
Help create and manage test hybrid mobile applications for critical, large-scale customer experiences, using
tools such as Angular. Works with manager to design, develop, code, test, and debug apps for
smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Utilize one or more mobile application development
platforms including iOS and Android. Assists in building component libraries, templates, and client-side
applications to be deployed across a wide range of platforms and environments. Collaborate in teams
within and across departments, stakeholders, and technical leads to understand requirements, resolve
issues, and implement new solutions that bring mobile experiences to life. Create readable, testable,
scalable, and maintainable source code utilizing best practices. Perform security testing, maintain
operational status of apps, and troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Ensures new and existing
solutions extract maximum reuse from application services, tools, and utilities to manage the IT
footprint and keep the environment as simple as possible. Provide support for all initiatives that have a
need to integrate data, systems or various mobile resources into new or existing mobile applications.
Oversees full cycle app development lifecycle. Completes any other job related duties needed to help
drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.

What We Will Require:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable education and/or
experience. Minimum of four (4) years of developing tests for hybrid iOS/Android Apps or related experience. Knowledge of WebApp, such as Angular or React to design, develop and deliver solution to a wide rage of hybrid mobile applications. Knowledge of Angular 6 or higher to design, develop and deliver solutions to a wide range of
hybrid mobile applications. Participate in multiple projects and ability to work with limited supervision
showing creativity, innovation, motivation initiative and professionalism. Able to work in a team
environment, meet deadlines, mentor, share knowledge and take on responsibility and accountability
for assigned areas. Proven ability to organize and structure a growing inventory of application assets,
and be able to draw and maintain diagrams that can quickly convey the overall context of the
environment/solution. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Good knowledge of mobile based infrastructure, technology and concepts in corporate hybrid app
environment, with the ability to grasp quickly new technologies, applications and concepts, and apply
them as required. Experience planning, designing, implementing and supporting infrastructure
components such as: source code control utilities, environment administration and monitoring
technologies, IIS, TypeScript, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, ActiveX, ASP.Net, XML, Service Oriented
Architecture, WCF, Silverlight, Web Services, .Net security implementation, MVC and Dynamics CRM.
Documented use of structured application development methodologies and principles, with an
understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production
environments. Familiarity developing and supporting solutions, products and services in the retail
banking industry.

Additional Job Responsibilities:
Stay up to date on new technologies with regards to mobile development and UI/UX functionalities
including new technologies and applications through formal and/or self-paced professional
development to improve internal software development processes and implement creative solutions for
the lines of business. Unit tests development components to ensure features, functions and
customizations are problem-free with minimal negative impact on members/users. Ensures systems are
easily maintainable. Develops a significant understanding of the business processes and goals of the
lines of business involved to ensure designed solutions meet business needs and minimize possible
negative impact on business' day-to-day operations. Works with the business to translate non-technical
requirements into realistic, pragmatic, technical solutions that meet business timelines and align with
the strategic direction within MIS. Provides timely status and feedback to team leaders and project
sponsors as required through clear and concise communication when providing guidance, responding to
questions and setting expectations. Assists with the evaluation, implementation, and support of
packaged application tools throughout the organization. Understands the applicability of the tool within
the project and software development lifecycle and offer suggestions for use.
