Sr. Electrical Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical systems and components, focusing on magnetic components and power electronics. This role involves working on innovative projects that require advanced knowledge of electromagnetic theory and design validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of magnetic components including transformers and inductors.
  • Apply principles of power electronics in the design of high-frequency systems from 50Hz to 500kHz.
  • Conduct simulations to validate designs and ensure performance specifications are met.
  • Develop and implement control systems for efficient functionality of electrical systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of electrical designs to confirm reliability and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on electromagnetic theory and high-frequency design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on magnetic components and power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory and its practical applications in electrical design.
  • Experience in transformer and inductor design for various frequency ranges.
  • Proficiency in simulation software and tools used for electrical circuit analysis and design validation.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and measurement techniques for electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
