Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform.

Write and modify programs using RPG IV/ILE, CL, and DDS.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Support existing applications and troubleshoot production issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure.

Document technical specifications and maintain code repositories.

Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with JD Edwards World strongly preferred or other ERP systems on IBM i.

Knowledge of modernization tools or integration with web services.

Exposure to change management tools like TurnOver or Aldon.

Understanding of IBM i security and system administration.
