NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo professional with 10+ years of proven expertise in technical implementation, upgrades, and support of Maximo, including hands-on experience with MAS 9 and ideally Maximo for Service Providers. This consultant will play a key role in a healthcare-focused Maximo upgrade project, migrating from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo for Service Providers, with emphasis on clinical asset management, hospital facilities, service workflows, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the technical delivery of IBM Maximo/MAS 9 and Maximo for Service Providers in a healthcare setting.
Configure, customize, and optimize Maximo solutions to support hospital equipment, biomedical devices, and facilities management.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, CMMS, ERP).
Provide technical troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance support for healthcare-specific Maximo use cases.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align with healthcare processes, compliance, and patient safety standards.
Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and assist in defining future roadmap enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills:
IBM Maximo: 10 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support.
MAS 9: 5+ years of Strong experience implementing or supporting MAS 9 solutions.
Maximo for Service Providers: Exposure to service provider modules (SLAs, billing, contracts, work management) within healthcare or similar environments.
Healthcare Asset & Facilities Management: Working knowledge of hospital asset maintenance, biomedical workflows, or facilities management.
Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission, FDA) preferred.
Technical Skills: Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs), automation scripting, and database support (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
Project Experience: Proven involvement in mid-to-large-scale Maximo upgrades or enhancements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with ability to interact with both business and technical teams.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required).
Relevant IBM Maximo certifications (Deployment Professional, MAS 9 Technical Specialist, etc.) are a plus.
Additional IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, healthcare IT standards) are an advantage.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55.00 - $62.00). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
