Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer / Technical Consultant to support the expansion and ongoing development of a growing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Maximo customizations, workflows, reporting, and integrations, along with outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working across both SaaS and on-perm Maximo environments, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain IBM Maximo (7.6.1.3 and Maximo SaaS) customizations, configurations, and enhancements
  • Establish and enforce design standards, architecture guidelines, and UI consistency across Maximo applications
  • Develop, customize, and maintain BIRT reports, including complex data outputs
  • Configure and develop Maximo workflows to support business processes and approval chains
  • Perform system testing, debugging, peer code reviews, and support change management processes
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems
  • Coordinate deployments and updates across SaaS and on-prem Maximo / Mobile for Maximo environments
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and system standards
  • Collaborate with business users and mentor internal team members on Maximo best practices
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo development and customizations
  • 3+ years of experience in Maximo report development
  • Strong hands-on experience with BIRT Report Designer
  • Proven experience with Maximo Workflow configuration and development
  • Experience working with Maximo 7.6.1.3 and Maximo SaaS environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Maximo 7.6 deployments
  • Hands-on experience supporting Maximo SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with Mobile for Maximo
  • Experience integrating Maximo with enterprise systems (ERP, financial, or asset systems)
