Job Description: Strategic Technology Partners LLC ( ) has an opportunity for a skilled IBM Security Verify Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity solutions that protect our enterprise and clients. This role requires hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify (cloud or hybrid), SSO, MFA, and directory integrations.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Design and deploy IBM Security Verify solutions, including SSO, MFA, risk-based authentication, and user lifecycle management.
- Integrate cloud and on-prem applications with Verify via SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Configure user journeys and adaptive access policies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, and app teams to ensure secure identity architecture.
- Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and respond to security incidents related to IAM.
- Must have experience with IBM Security Verify (or IBM Identity & Access Management products).
- A Strong understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM is required.
- Must have experience with SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and hybrid identity integrations is a plus
- Experience scripting (Python, Bash), experience with APIs, REST/JSON, or working knowledge of governance solutions is a plus
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
