I'm Shikha Dixit, a Lead Recruiter at Siri Info Solutions. I have an Urgent position as an "ICAM Subject Matter Expert (SME)" with our client, Remote.

Role: ICAM Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Duration: 12-month contract

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Radiant Logic, Virtual Directory Server (VDS) environments.

Configure and support SiteMinder for single sign-on (SSO) solutions and access control policies.

Configure, deploy, and manage API Gateway for secure API management and traffic control.

Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues within VDS, SiteMinder, and API Gateway.

Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to ensure robust security policies and API security.

Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations and changes.

Provide 24/7 support as needed for critical incidents. Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of VDS and SiteMinder.

Experience managing API Gateway solutions.

Experience with identity management and access control systems.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues.

Knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
