This is a full-time W2 position with no subcontracting or C2C.
Overview:
Lead the adoption, integration, configuration, migration of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Entra ID, and related AI-driven productivity tools.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including RBAC and PIM.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, API integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Previous Candidate Background/Experience - O365, Teams, Power Platform
Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot services across the digital workspace ecosystem.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to align Copilot capabilities with strategic business objectives.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, governance models, and integration patterns for Copilot services.
- Ensure compliance with the client's security, privacy, and data governance policies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation phases, including pilot programs and scaled deployments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and adoption of Copilot services, recommending enhancements and optimizations.
- Act as a liaison between the Microsoft Solutions Team, Microsoft, and internal teams to ensure alignment and continuity.
- Document architectural decisions, integration blueprints, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:

BS Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent of 4 years professional. related IT experience.

7+ years of application and solutions development experience, including O365, Teams, Power Platform

7+ years enterprise architecture and operations experience

Position Specific Notes -
* Direct, Recent Copilot Experience: We are prioritizing candidates who have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including integration, configuration, governance, and user enablement at the enterprise level. Familiarity with Copilot licensing, readiness assessments, and rollout strategies is highly valued.
* Enterprise-Scale M365 Architecture: Candidates should demonstrate deep technical expertise in architecting, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 environments (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Power Platform) for large organizations. Experience with hybrid and cloud-native setups is important.
* Security & Compliance Leadership: Strong background in implementing and managing security and compliance frameworks within M365 is essential. This includes Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, Conditional Access, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
* Automation & Integration: Proficiency in PowerShell, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API for automation, workflow optimization, and integration across M365 workloads is a key requirement.
* Migration & Change Management: Experience leading large-scale migrations (tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud, Google Workspace to M365, etc.) and managing change in complex environments is highly desirable.
* User Enablement & Governance: We are looking for candidates who have developed and implemented governance models for Copilot and M365, and who have experience training and supporting end users to maximize adoption and ROI.
* Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions are critical.
