  • Proven experience of in business development and sales within the IT staffing and offshore IT development
  • Experience in bringing in new clients.
  • Sales and New Business Development to grow our Technology Consulting / IT Staffing business
  • Identifying New Customers, managing and growing clients.
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling all of our service offerings.
  • Connect with hiring managers, get new job orders and consulting projects for temp and/or perm hiring

Qualifications for the position:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record working in a new business development role.
  • 3 years of working for Information Technology (IT) Companies.
  • Experience in selling to C-level executives, IT decision-makers, in INformation Technology sector across all industries.
