Job Title: IT Compliance Change Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description

The Associate Compliance Change Manager plays a critical role in supporting and executing technical change management processes within a regulated IT environment. This position works closely with IT, compliance, and governance teams to ensure all technology changes are implemented in alignment with organizational compliance policies, regulatory requirements, and technical best practices. The role focuses on minimizing operational risk, maintaining audit readiness, and ensuring effective communication throughout the change lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Change Support:
    Collaborate with IT teams to assess the technical impact of proposed changes and ensure alignment with compliance standards. Assist in preparing change requests, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
  • Compliance Coordination:
    Ensure all changes adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance frameworks. Support the preparation of audit artifacts, compliance evidence, and reports.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and complete change management documentation, including approvals, implementation records, and post-change reviews. Provide status updates and compliance-related reports to stakeholders.
  • Risk Assessment:
    Assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical and compliance risks associated with change initiatives to ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with technical teams, compliance officers, and business stakeholders to gather input, assess impacts, and define mitigation strategies.
  • Training and Guidance:
    Support the development and delivery of training sessions and guidance materials on technical and compliance-related change management processes.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor and evaluate change outcomes to ensure technical objectives and compliance requirements are met. Assist in measuring change effectiveness and adherence.
  • CAB Participation:
    Assist in organizing and participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, providing insight into technical, risk, and compliance implications of proposed changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and audit practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience

  • 1 3 years of experience in technical change management, IT governance, or compliance-focused roles within an IT environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to change control processes, documentation, and CAB operations is preferred.
