You will serve as a IT Cybersecurity Specialist (PLCYPLN-INFOSEC), GS-2210-13 and be responsible for managing IT projects and services.

- Administering Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, including managing site content, structure, navigation, and designing solutions based on business requirements.
- Managing Microsoft Teams licenses, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper user access and permissions for effective collaboration.
- Managing Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) to enable customers to develop and automate processes, create custom applications, and integrate with Microsoft 365 products to improve efficiency.
- Staying abreast of developments and new applications of IT capabilities to make sound recommendations to facilitate upgrades and improvements to meet existing and emerging organizational requirements.
