Job Description:
This role involves managing IT delivery processes and ensuring cross-functional alignment in a contract position based in Charlotte, NC.
The IT Delivery Lead will focus on project management, agile methodologies, and change management leadership, working closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and business partners.
The candidate should be well-versed in handling end-user capabilities and driving execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and business units.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
Oversee project execution from planning to rollout, ensuring user adoption.
Collaborate with cybersecurity on authentication-related projects.
Implement and track success criteria for project outcomes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in change management leadership.
Hands-on project delivery experience with large-scale transformations.
Strong metrics-driven approach to define success and measure effectiveness.
Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments.
Industry knowledge in fields like trading or asset management is beneficial but not required.
