We are currently seeking a TEMP Infra Design Analyst to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $35.00/hr. - $40.00/hr.. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Basic job responsibilities :
5+Years of experience required.
Provide services to support PC refresh, and retrieval of devices. These services shall be provided by utilizing a hybrid approach of direct ship to end users (user driven provisioning utilizing Autopilot/Intune/JAMF) or direct handoff of devices at hub locations.
Be responsible to stage and configure the device using Moody s provided image through established deployment method in the hub locations including supported language packs, BIOS, driver, system updates, applications specified by customer, printers, and peripherals software, and register with the Moody s system management platform and Active Directory domain.
Outreach to end users to initiate refresh and schedule the customer s deployment.
Interview customers as part of pre-deployment asset discovery for list of applications needed.
Provide the ability for the end user to track, schedule, or pause the refresh of their device. Maintain hardware inventory levels to ensure timely fulfilment.
Ensure return/receipt of old device and hand off to Moody s.
Stockroom inventory management to ensure minimum required volumes are maintained and update database.
