Description
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a contract-hire role.
**The IT Infrastructure Project Manager (this is a Microsoft Technologies shop) will manage projects and implement efficient processes required to deliver solutions. The position will gather and document requirements, then create and manage project plans that include milestones while identifying dependencies and critical paths. The ideal candidate for this position can manage project work tasks, schedules, liaison with employees and 3rd party partners. The candidate must hold teams accountable, while maintaining good relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing of an IT project.
Should be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Define project tasks and separate tasks into major milestones.
Develop full scale project plans, milestones, timelines.
Manage project scope and budget for multiple projects concurrently.
Assemble and coordinate project staff.
Manage project resource allocation.
Provide Status to the team and stakeholders on agreed frequency.
Hold people accountable on tasks and deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years Working knowledge on Agile, Kanban and Waterfall, and PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus
Good at gathering documenting requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or 5+ yrs of experience managing IT projects.
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills, and follow-up with internal colleagues and supervisors on tasks and issues
Willing to get hands dirty and go above and beyond.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
