Job Details

Job Responsibilities:
1. System Planning and Implementation
  • Lead the optimization and rollout of the U.S. POS system (including payment, order management, membership management, app, and split-account modules), ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., payment compliance, data privacy).
  • Design and implement the supply chain management system (procurement, warehousing, logistics modules) to optimize data flow and collaboration efficiency between U.S. stores, domestic headquarters, and suppliers.
2. Cross-Regional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with domestic teams to drive seamless integration of overseas systems with headquarters' core systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Coordinate with local vendors and third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics platforms) to complete technical integrations and resolve issues.
3. Project Management
  • Develop full lifecycle project plans (requirements analysis development testing deployment operations) to ensure controllable resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify cultural, time zone, and compliance risks in cross-border collaboration; establish contingency plans and standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
4. System Management and Operations
  • Develop and enforce operational protocols and management regulations for low-voltage systems to ensure system uptime.
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of low-voltage equipment; promptly resolve failures to restore system functionality.
  • Oversee security management for low-voltage systems, including cybersecurity and equipment safety, to prevent data breaches and cyberattacks.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.
5. Continuous Optimization
  • Iterate system features (e.g., multilingual support, localized payment methods) based on U.S. business data and user feedback.
5. Vision: Familiarity with target market business practices and technical regulations (e.g., North American PCI-DSS).
Qualifications
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience in the food service industry with proven track record of delivering multiple complex IT projects.
2. Project Management Skills: Proficient in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Skilled in utilizing project management tools.
3. Communication & Team Management: Exceptional communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels. Proven team management abilities to allocate tasks efficiently, motivate team members, and enhance team performance.
4. Additional Qualities: Diligent and responsible work ethic with strong accountability and professional integrity. Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility to rapidly master new technologies and methodologies while overcoming project challenges.
