Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the support and development of our Tulip platform, ensuring seamless operations for manufacturing systems and processes. You will also manage a team of analysts while providing technical troubleshooting and solutions for our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and maintenance for the Tulip platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs running the Tulip software.
Develop and support APIs to maintain seamless business data integration.
Facilitate data communication between manufacturing systems using Kepware.
Oversee discrete manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and effective workflow.
Ensure comprehensive product genealogy and traceability through accurate records and documentation.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, delivering timely solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and IT, to support operations and continuous improvement.
Manage and provide leadership to first and second shift analysts, ensuring coverage during on-site and call-out situations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially those related to defense manufacturing.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts and principles, including Lean Six Sigma.
Proficiency in web services, APIs, and manufacturing systems.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, and VB.
Familiarity with Active Directory and backup technologies.
Expertise in Cisco technologies and configuration management.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in stakeholder management and exposure to project or business analysis is preferred.
