Pay Range:$35.38-$50.55/Hr
Description
Lead significant projects or multiple projects with a broad impact.
Support infrastructure delivery needs in a technical project management role.
Work independently with limited direction, evaluated through results.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for IT and client/business area issues.
Act as a single point of contact for unresolved problems and complex service requests.
Demonstrate flexibility and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Utilize excellent organizational skills to lead complex projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and provide strategic and tactical planning input for IT environments.
Participate in the development of technology products and service standards.
Manage risks and issues in complex technical environments.
Develop and manage project plans and budgets.
Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
Serve as an escalation point between client/business areas and internal IT management.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in a Contact Center Technology environment.
Proficient in project management tools and office software.
Experience in successfully delivering infrastructure technology projects.
General knowledge of Contact Center business operations and strategy.
PMP certification.
