What you will do:

• Design and drive integrated technical programs and business initiatives from inception through completion, including planning, scope development, execution, and final delivery
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple projects and business units, ensuring cohesive progress and shared objectives
• Guide and support stream leads, proactively managing dependencies and resolving barriers to success
• Establish and maintain program scope, defining objectives, success metrics, and timelines while tracking performance across interconnected efforts
• Align individual project goals with overarching strategic priorities to ensure consistency and value delivery

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, finance, or information technology
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading cross-functional IT programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and aligning organizational efforts
• Demonstrated success in program and project management within the finance, insurance, actuarial, or banking industries
• Ability to navigate and interpret the complexities of annuity products and financial systems
