Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget.
- Lead IT and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource allocation.
- Provide project oversight and transparent stakeholder communication, including progress updates, risks, and key metrics.
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and resource planning.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks (scope, resources, technical challenges) with contingency planning.
- Communicate status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies while promoting accountability.
- Deliver clear status reports, aligning expectations and addressing deviations.
- Enable digital transformation and AI journey at the site via GMS/GQ NorthStar platform with focus on Digital Manufacturing & Paperless Operations.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT functions with strong technical project management experience.
- MES project experience is a plus.
- Proficient in SDLC, Agile tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet), PMI methodologies.
- Skilled in managing IT infrastructure, digital product development, and multiple technical projects.
- Strong background in risk management, budgeting, strategic planning, and roadmap development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial analysis skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts.
- Experienced in program/content management and cross-functional teamwork.
