Job Description
Must-Have Skills:
- Banking, Capital Markets, Risk Systems, Data Warehousing (DWH), Data Governance
Experience:
- Extensive experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-wide data solutions
- Subject matter expertise in the financial industry
- In-depth knowledge of various financial industry regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional documentation and analytical skills to produce process flow diagrams, business modeling, and functional design
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of complex data projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, and status reports to track project progress
- Provide the development team with strategic direction for projects under oversight
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and run governance meetings to provide regular updates
- Ensure adherence to and develop best practices supporting Citi's Project Management Standards
- Ensure proper development life cycle is followed with artifacts to support internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
