Job Title: IT Project Manager IBM Maximo CMMS
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of IBM Maximo CMMS across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout, go-live, and transition to support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-site Maximo CMMS implementation projects

  • Develop and track project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and site teams

  • Lead UAT, site readiness reviews, and go-live activities

  • Provide regular status reporting and executive updates

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

  • Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo / CMMS implementations

  • Experience in manufacturing or plant environments

  • Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models

  • Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel

Nice to Have:

  • ERP/SAP integration experience

  • Multi-site rollout experience
