Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to support daily IT operations as part of a North America-based team. This hands-on role provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support to both local and remote users across corporate, manufacturing, R&D, and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues
* Manage service requests via ServiceNow and maintain documentation
* Support secure endpoint technologies and IAM solutions
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and other regulatory standards
* Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and vendor partners to improve service delivery
* Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of Service Desk experience
* Proficiency in Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, and endpoint management tools
* Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and secure IT practices
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
