Our client, the world leader in software for radiation therapy, is seeking a highly talented IT Solutions Engineer. This is a full-time, primarily remote position (~80%), with the office located in Midtown Manhattan. You must be local to NYC and available to come onsite when needed.
You will have the ability to wear multiple hats and be part of an infrastructure team to design and implement technologies for various platform solutions: on-prem, cloud, hybrid cloud.
You will be leveraging existing infrastructure in order to implement software projects. Additionally, this will require careful coordination and planning with clients in order to make an impact on patient end populations.
Technical skills to be successful include areas such as AD sites and services, GPO, DNS/DHCP, VMware, O365, Cloud, SQL, VMDK/VMX, Citrix farms, and more.

INSTALLATION SUPPORT
- Perform installation and service of the firm's products in the assigned areas
- Collaborate with installation process managers, physics team and installation team, to support the firm's product delivery
- Communicate and assist C-suite in strategizing, implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures
- Work closely with department heads to identify and streamline workflow.
- Produce and upload appropriate and required documentation to the CRM
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets, asset management for multiple agencies
- Communicate with vendor to authorize repairs/updates for hardware/software issues
- Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repair
- Reporting of customers’ complaints for IT issue
- Network patch management
- AV conference room support; record focus group sessions using AV systems
- Case ownership for customer 1st line support
- Contribute to the firm's presence in the customers’ community portal
- Provide on-site guidance and assistance to IT Specialists maximizing efficiency and usage of the firm's products delivery platforms
TRAINING SUPPORT
- Participation in training sessions for IT perspectives
- Design and develop analytical graphical reports using Power BI and its components such as (chart, Drilldown, DrillThrough, KPIs...), dynamic and analytical dashboards
- Coach telecommuting employees on best methods to handle network problems at locations
INTERNAL SUPPORT
- Design, manage and maintain enterprise network equipment
- Work closely with department heads to identify and streamline workflow.
- Day to Day support of all IT business related needs of the firm's personnel
POST MARKET SURVEILLANCE
- Work closely with customers, internal staff and other stakeholders to determine planning, implementation and integration of system oriented projects
- Participation in users’ meetings
- Proactively contribute to the company’s goal in terms of customer satisfaction
