Pay: $30 - $36/hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide reliable, customer-focused support to our employees and executives.
Position Overview
The Endpoint Support Specialist will be responsible for managing, provisioning, and supporting endpoint devices, ensuring seamless technology experiences for all users. This role requires a strong customer-first mindset, technical expertise across Windows, Apple, and mobile platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management & Support: Provide day-to-day support for laptops (Windows/Dell), iPhones, iPads, and printers. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Ticket Management: Manage assigned service tickets in accordance with SLA standards; proactively address unclaimed tickets. Experience with SysAid or similar ticketing systems preferred.
Endpoint Provisioning: Set up and configure Windows laptops using Autopilot and perform mobile device provisioning via Microsoft Intune (MDM).
Customer Experience: Lead with a customer-first mindset by delivering clear, professional communication and support to both technical and non-technical users.
Executive Support: Provide tailored IT support for senior leadership as needed.
Remote & Onsite Support: Assist users both in-person and remotely using Microsoft Teams and Remote Help tools.
Productivity Tools: Support Microsoft Office Suite applications and related productivity software.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint support, provisioning, and ticket management.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Dell laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).
Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Autopilot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks and SysAid or similar IT service management platforms preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support both onsite and remote users.
