Job: IT Support Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC ( Onsite)
In-person Interview
General on-site IT support . This is advanced work in providing consultation,
support and/or training for technology-based systems. Employees may provide support of hardware, applications, operating systems, and networking. This function requires an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of technologies to effectively support end-users and provide guidance to others.
Skills:
- Broad knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments.
- General knowledge of IT security principles
- General knowledge of Microsoft OS and general productivity tools; MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Power BI, and other general applications
- Skilled customer service professional
- Skilled IT consultant with ability to solve and/or prevent technical problems.
- Ability to independently resolve routine and non-routine issues on software and/or hardware.
- Ability to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
- Ability to solve unexpected problems associated with projects and daily work.
