We are looking for IT Support Specialist, It's a 12+ Months Contract (Contract to Hire (C2H)), all IT-related issues in our fast-growing pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Windows, account management, and imaging, with Mac experience being a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of IT service desk/help desk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac, cloud applications, and mobile devices.
  • Provide first-level IT support (in-person, phone, remote).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account access issues.
  • Manage ITIL service operations (incidents, requests, problems, access).
  • Support desktop imaging, application setup, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in pharma/biotech or fast-growing companies is a plus.
