About the Role

We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused IT Support Technician II to provide hands-on desktop support in a fully onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for solving technical issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, configure, repair, and maintain computing hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
  • Provide basic network support to ensure full connectivity of desktop systems and networked devices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and support for AV systems and conference room technology.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Respond to IT incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary, and maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
  • Support IT policies and procedures and assist in maintaining local site documentation.


Required Skills
  • Strong ownership of customer issues and a drive for excellence.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with end users.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Basic understanding of IT standards related to computers, printers, networking, drivers, and software troubleshooting.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across industry-standard hardware and software.


Education & Experience
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
