Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time IT Support Technician opportunity with one of our internal teams. This is an onsite role based in San Mateo, CA, supporting a dynamic and collaborative technical environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of IT support experience, ideally across multiple environments or MSPs
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presence
  • Experience with mobile device setup, application deployment, and system administration
  • Bonus: Experience with JAMF or Mosley, scripting, automation, or project implementation
